[CHB: Board Review of Regulations]

When a written procedure or rule is developed, the Superintendent shall submit it to the Board as an information item. Such procedures or rules need not be approved by the Board, therefore, they may be revised when it appears they are not consistent with Board policy. On controversial topics, the Superintendent may request prior Board approval.
